Project LifePulse
Thank you for stopping by and taking a moment to learn about our Project LifePulse. We cannot begin to express how much we appreciate you simply learning about our mission.
Most of our staff have spent years working in prehospital medicine - from the ambulances to the ERs - and we have seen our share of negative outcomes when it comes to a cardiac arrest. When we began looking to our organizational value of Community, we started to think about what it would look like for our community to be equipped to respond to a cardiac arrest situation.
We believe in our community, and with one of the best heart hospitals located minutes from our Gainesville campus, we know that we can have a positive impact on lives being saved through teaching CPR. We have also seen in areas like Seattle, Washington how they have improved the survival of cardiac arrest by training the public. We also embrace the idea that if we are going to do something, we want to go big.
Project LifePulse is about brining not only affordable CPR Training through formal classes, but about taking every opportunity to reach the community by teaching free walkup classes in a variety of environments.
To do this, we are committed to attending events and setting up with local businesses to train the public in CPR. You will find us at car shows, festivals and other events in the Hall County area. We also teach multiple classes for healthcare providers at our Gainesville, GA Campus weekly.
You can help by volunteering your time, taking time to become CPR Trained through a class, helping set up an event and even getting your organization involved with this project.
We have a huge goal ahead, but if we work together, we will be able to impact our friends, family, coworkers and others by having the skills to save lives in our community.
This page will be updated to show real time progress as we go after our goal of 1,000 people trained.
We should leave the world better than we found it, and this project will help us save lives.
Thanks for stopping by and our team is excited to see us obtain our goal in 2022!
